Enjoy step-free access via a convenient ramp to the front entrance, ensuring all guests can comfortably arrive. Front door access via your private entry code.

Guests will have full access to the property, except for the 2 owners closets and utility room.

Other things to note:

So that you have your best vacation yet, we wanted to share some other property information.

Drive--We have room for 3 cars in our driveway. RVs, large trucks and similarly large vehicles will have difficulty on this narrow drive. Upon exiting onto Alexander, Rd pay close attention to the left(it's a challenging angle).

Door code--This will be sent a few days prior to check-in.

Neighbors--Two other homes are on this road. A third may be built nearby in 2025.

Property--The property is fenced on one side and sits on a hill, so be mindful of this if strolling outside and when you park at night. As we are on a well, the water is safe and natural, but may taste different from yours at home. For this we have water filters in the refrigerator water dispenser and a counter top water filter at the downstairs bar.

Vendors--Our professional hot tub cleaner should be Chris from Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs and he should arrive on Wednesdays(typically in a white service pick up truck). Others, such as pest control and landscaping, have a more random schedule, but we will keep you informed as much as possible.

Furry visitors--The locals say they have NEVER seen a bear here, but you are in the mountains so animal encounters are possible. Please keep your eyes open, trash lids closed tight and enjoy!

Home--The entire home is yours, except for the 2 owner’s closets(one up, one down) and lower level utility room.

Safety--A safety list is on the fridge. A first aid kit was left under the kitchen sink. Fire extinguishers are under the kitchen and bar sinks and on the decks. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are also in the home. Night lights are in the master bathroom, the steps near the game room(mind the step there) and on the lower level.

Grill--To use, open nozzle on propane tank, set reasonable amount of time on the NO WORRIEZ grill timer, turn on the selected section of the grill and push the ignition button. Attend the grill when in use and turn off when the grilling is complete and close off the propane nozzle. Enjoy your meal!!

Security--For peace of mind, an external security camera monitors the front entry and driveway. The camera is on 24/7 with motion activated light and has the ability to record audio/video. There are NO cameras inside the home.

Weather-- Fair warning it's beautiful here, but sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate. Travel insurance is recommended.

Yummmm-- If you want to call something in, Insta cart, Doordash, Uber Eats and Kickback deliver to the home.

Plumbing--Our home is on a septic system, which means it can handle poo, pee and TP...only. Please follow these rules to keep things running smoothly.
