Zimmer war im 2. OG und morgens konnte man schon früh ab 8 Uhr basslastige Musik hören.
Ebenso ließen sich die Vorhänge am Fenster nicht komplett schließen
In der Dusche erschien es so als würde es einen Unterdruck geben, den der Vorhang zog permanent in die Dusche was den Platz dort minimierte.

Good Hotel in strategic location! Easy to get everywhere, but dont get caught in the traffic hours on the street outside.
Rooms are comfy, but depending on your location can get loud, due to the rooftop-club of the hotel.

Flogged out, noisey and broken. Perfectly situated for schoolies but not families. Didn’t feel safe leaving anything in the room .
I remember when this hotel first opened, and it looked awesome, but now years later and staying there for the first time, I guess, as they say, don’t just a book by it’s cover.

Don’t know how this is rated the way it is. Room smelt so bad, I felt dirty soon as I got in there. Customer service was poor, no one at check in desk. Did not complain as we were only there for a night. Would definitely not recommend. Whole hotel felt dirty.

The check in was perfectly.... but our room was next the the stairs and also beginning of hallway. So that means a lot of noise from 6am in the morning when the cleaning staff arrives. And also there was a lot of noise from people who has no respect for other guests who sleep! The room was also not clean like it must be in a hotel. Underneath the bed was definitely not cleaned for more than a week! And then I don’t speak about all the dust on the chair or tv! For me it gives me more a feeling of a hostel than a “Fashion Hotel”. Also the breakfast was every day the same again and no variation. Definitely focused on Indonesian people! I will also not come back, even when the staff was friendly!

Nice hotel, very bad wifi and not suitable for biz
Hotel was very nice, wifi did not work in the room I was situated in, it required me to move out, to another hotel, which was very inconvenient. But turned out to be better in the long run. For three days they couldn't fix the problem. Everyone was nice at the hotel. The hotel manager at the end tried to charge me for the last night when he clearly realized all of the issues was the hotels issue and not mine. I left and will not recommend this hotel to business travelers who need high speed wifi, hotel is not equipped with this.

Looks fancy, but room itself was poor.
Entrance way to the hotel looks fancy, but this just leads to false expectations as my room was not great.
The room could definitely do with soundproofing as a lot of noise is let in from the doorway, walls, and the windows. I wasn't that close to the elevator but could hear the chimes constantly, and the room needed some plasterwork doing. Also, the lighting was very dim in the room. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. The windows don't have a view of anything other than a hallway which is quite strange. So you end up with the curtains drawn all the time so that people in the hallway don't see straight into the room.
Rooftop pool is actually rather nice, and the one on ground level seemed nice as well but I didn't use that one. Buffet breakfast was also good.
Hotel is on the main street and not too far from anything. Though the local area itself wasn't really something I liked.

1st problem was the door lock did not work with the electronic card. The room was dusty and smelly. The pool was dirty. The Lobby was also dirty. General condition of the Hotel was poor and did not meet my expectations.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 5 nights whereby staff is helpful and breakfast spread was reasonable with the room rate being charged. Its location was great with convenient stores, souvenir shops and pubs & warung (restaurants) nearby,

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we told them the bathroom was not the cleanest, they immediately addressed it. Property seems to need some upgrading. We were disappointed that the rooftop pool was closed to construction, but the main pool was open and very nice. The stay was a great value for what we paid.
