„We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. “

„Home was as advertised. Very quiet and less than a mile to manasota beach. House is well furnished. I did bring my own keurig and beach wagon. Pool is well maintained and big. The house could easily sleep 8 or more people so it was a little big for 3 of us. Neighbors are quiet. Would stay here again“
