The cottage is one level with zero stairs, and has a sidewalk to the large boat dock. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the deck, or explore the lake with our two stand up paddle boards & two kayaks. It's 3 miles from Pirates Bay Water Park and 5 minutes to shopping in Leesburg and Decks & Docks Restaurant.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

* Non smoking/vaping cottage.

* No pets allowed.

* Absolutely no parties or gatherings of more than 4 people allowed on property. This includes wedding receptions, graduation and birthday parties , cook outs, holiday celebrations, etc.

* No fireworks or fire pits of any kind allowed on property.

* Boat & Jet Ski lifts are not for guest use.

* Not wheelchair accessible.

* The cottage does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom shower is smaller than standard size, as it was built in the 1960's.

* Due to the rural location of the cottage, high speed internet connection can be spotty at times.

* This cottage is on Weiss Lake where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, it's possible you could see/hear wildlife like insects, squirrels, geese and cranes.

* We pay for monthly pest prevention inside and outside of the cabin. All possible efforts have been taken by the owners prior to your arrival to make this cottage a safe and fun vacation rental.
