Hey Alfredo, I'm glad you loved the experience and that the FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. I consider myself a foodie too, and feel that you don't need to be from New York to have an elevated knowledge of cuisine. Since I didn't know what you meant by "robust," I did call you to discuss your thoughts. You mentioned wishing we had quiche on the menu featuring local ingredients. As I replied, I've tried offering quiche several times over my 20+ years in the business and it has been my experience that 90% of guests are not interested in ordering it. Having said that, we are doing all kinds of fun, exciting, and sometimes healthy dishes featuring local and organic ingredients. Just to name a couple dishes, we've recently offered Noank Lobster Benedict, Gluten-free Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberries grown right, on the property. For a smallish, boutique property, that's impressive. Anyway, we thank you for your patronage and wish you much robustness in all of your future travels.

However, when you arrived, I was there to welcome you in person and guide you to your room. I took the time to explain how ordering breakfast works and made sure we had the correct email address for you. I also said to let me know if you didn't receive the breakfast selection email so I could further assist you. I never heard from you that you needed more help. I am sorry you didn't like this modern approach to providing services to our guests that evolved during Covid. It has been very popular younger travelers.
