Gut: Sauberkeit
This apartment was very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The patio in the back is a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Overall our experience was good. However, communication was poor. Messages were not answered promptly at all. During our stay the electricity went out and I messaged the owners to ask about the circuit breaker. They never responded. Thankfully my husband searched the building and found (and fixed) the problem. Also, the key ring used to access the building and apartment had 10 keys (we used 7 of them for various doors). The instructions are vague about which key is for the gate, the building, the garage door, the apartment, etc. It was like a mystery game or reverse escape room to figure out how to get in. Once we knew which key was for each lock, accessing the apartment was simple, but the owners should have instructions to make it easier for renters.
