Alpenblick Haus am Main

Das Alpine View Haus am Main ist die Schwester des Mountain View Hauses am Main. Beide befinden sich im selben neu gebauten 'River Park'-GebĂ€ude in der 9th Street in der Innenstadt von Leavenworth. Sie bieten die spektakulĂ€rste Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und sind dennoch nur zwei Blocks vom Herzen der Innenstadt entfernt. 'River Park' ist ein sicheres GebĂ€ude mit dem einzigen Parkhaus in Leavenworth. Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Riverfront Park und dem Wenatchee River entfernt. Leavenworth bietet das ganze Jahr ĂŒber Feiern an. Die Weihnachtsbaumbeleuchtungszeremonien im Dezember und das Oktoberfest im Oktober sind die beiden beliebtesten. The AC and Bathroom ceiling vents were FILTHY. No night like worked, the carpet was filthy, ONE Kleenex box in the living room. No screen door to the balcony, you could hear everyone upstairs and next door, the bedrooms were both located on the walk way to all walking traffic, and there was a very loud generator noise ALL night long. The living room coffee table was way beyond shabby sheek! And a 10am exit is not standard anywhere. And washing bedding is unacceptable - we take vacations to be pampered!! But not in this facility!!!!! Yes we have photos but do your own inspection!

Great view and location! Clean and comfortable condo

We were in Leavenworth for the International Accordion Celebration. It was great to stay in town within walking distance from the events in the Gazebo and Festhalle and also enjoyed morning walks at Waterfront Park. The unit was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. It was so convenient to park in the condo’s garage and easily walk around town. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a lovely condo conveniently located in town. Be advised that there are multiple door/elevator codes to keep track of (and the elevator is sensitive about how you push the buttons, which can be frustrating until you get the hang of it). There are few homey conveniences in that there is absolutely nothing in the pantry, even non-perishables like seasoning, except a few teabags in one cabinet, nor spare toiletry items or anything (I don’t remember so much as a hair dryer, but I could be wrong about that) that I’m accustomed to having in a vacation rental. This may be different during the peak winter season?The property is advertised as having Queen beds, but it felt awfully small and may have actually been a Full/Double bed? The shower stall is also quite cramped with few places to put toiletries, which would be difficult to navigate if you are a larger person.There was a bit of a check-out to-do list compared to other stays: taking garbage down to dumpster, running dishwasher, stripping beds and starting a load of laundry.It was a nice place to stay on the whole on our short trip, but I probably would not choose it for a longer visit where I plan on cooking.

Nice time in Leavenworth

Great condo in ideal location! It is also very secure with codes necessary to run the elevator and doors. The combo lock to the unit is persnickety and took me a few times to open and lock each time. The parking garage is great but if you have an extra car like we did, parking could be a problem, so try to only bring one car. We enjoyed easy access to nice restaurants and fun shops. The balcony is a comfortable space for relaxing and people watching.

Relaxing

The location was great, off the beaten path of town so not too noisy. But close enough to walk anywhere. Also, owners were prompt and easy to work with when we arrived and someone was parked in our spot. They were able to remedy the situation quickly. Would stay again.was parked in our spot.

Clean and spacious. Great location.

Very nice apartment. There was a bit of a learning curve with elevator code and front door but fine if you are patient and read the instructions. Garage was great. We had a regular sized car. It was tight for larger SUVs but they managed. Overall, a great place to seat.

Amazing Views

It was better than expected. The place is perfect for 2 couples, the kitchen is so spacious & has everything you need. We all were so comfy & cozy the fireplace is adorable. The 2 full bathrooms were great, beds were also comfy! Bonus having shampoo, conditioner & good soap. We ended up spending more time at the condo because the patio was so comfy and the view was so beautiful!! We will always come here if it’s available!!

Fantastic Condo

We walked in and were blown away at how awesome this condo was! The decorations added to the charm. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We did not need anything. They even offered both a Kureg and coffee pot. The property is really conveniently located near downtown and the park/river. We would definitely stay here again!!

Property is not on Front Street but is in walking distance. It was good to have the option of cooking or eating out. Dan's Grocery store is in walking distance. Parking is super tight tho. Beautiful view of the river.

Cozy condo and excellent location

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving break and we had an amazing time. The condo was just as described online and perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The parking garage was a huge plus and the location was great. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Perfect Location in the heart of Leavenworth!

We were in town for a family party just outside Leavenworth. We basically needed a place to go crash at the end of the night! So although we didn't use the condo to its full potential, we were very pleased with the accommodations! We loved the convenient location and walkability! It was definitely a bonus to have a secure parking garage with a designated parking spot! Despite a tight fit for SUV, we were thankful to have a designated (and guaranteed!) place to park at the end of the night! The condo was well appointed with anything you should need during your stay. Great eat in kitchen with bar seating. The beds were comfortable and clean! Perfect location if you are looking to be close to the action and the activities that Leavenworth has to offer!

Great location

The house is great for location. The outdoor patio furniture is very worn out and falling apart, would love to see some new furniture as it’s nice to hang on the porch. The couch inside needs cleaned as we needed to put a blanket over it to cover the smell. Other than that the place is fine. Good location and price is fine. Just needs a little TLC. Would stay again if other units were not available as location is awesome and beds were good.
