Hotel mit eigenem Hot Spring
Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit eigenem Thermalbecken und Saunahäuschen. In der Lobby steht jederzeit Kaffee und heisses Wasser zur Verfügung. Jedes Zimmer hat Gartenstühle und Tisch vor der Tür oder auf der Veranda, das ist auch nötig, da kein Platz ist im Zimmer f einen Tisch. Das ist auch der einzige Malus. Nettes Restaurant f Hotelgäste gegenüber (10% Rabatt).

Tolles Hotel für Durchreise zum Grand Teton
Wir sind sehr spät im Hotel angekommen und haben eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin vorgefunden, die auf uns gewartet hat, obwohl die offizielle Öffnungszeit bereits vorbei war. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und man kann sogar auf einer kleinen Terrasse davor frühstücken (direkt an der Straße). Wir hätten gerne noch einen weiteren Tag dort verbracht und auch einmal die "Naturrutsche" im Bach mit einem Schwimmreifen ausprobiert - das ist offenbar "DIE" Attraktion dort. Sehr netter, kleiner, ruhiger Ort, in dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Tolles Hotelpersonal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hier übernachtet man gerne.

The service was excellent. I received a call early in the day to check on our status and give us local intel regarding restaurant hours and other services. The mineral pool on site was gross but it was an easy walk down the Lava Hoy Springs

Great property in a quaint little town famous for their mineral hot springs. Clean, comfy, welcoming, right near the river. You will hear the train across the way periodically but not a bother. Loved our night here!!

Love love love! Booked for next year on day 1 of our 3 day weekend. I wanted to make sure we could get a spot as we’re bringing family next year. Stayed in one of the tiny homes on the property. Make sure you grab a massage at the spa while you’re there! Incredible!

The front desk staff was extremely kind. Everything is in close walking distance. We stay here every time we come to Lava. Private hot spring right next to the river, big grass park on the river. Great little place to lay your head.

There is a private hot pool, just for guests. Most of the others are open to the public, so it was a nice surprise to have the entire pool to ourselves 3 different times!

Was here for business. I have stayed at this property before and it was a unit on the main road. That room was great. This time they put me in the "Courtyard", which was horrible. It's an old cinderblock building, not updated and, frankly, dirty. The towels in the room were filthy, spackle-covered holes in the walls, and the kitchen faucet was on the tub. This is not a great place. I ended up with mouse droppings in my brand-new bag and clothes. Wont do this again. I travel ALL the time to this area and thought I had found a diamond in the rough, boy was I wrong.

The property is dated but clean and in good repair. Check in was seamless and Peggy at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the private hot pool though it is a tiny bit inconvenient in the cold weather because it is a bit of a walk from the rooms. Not the end of the world though. We will be back.

Many places in Lava are converted homes and I wanted an actual hotel. This place was nice, had a large bathroom and walk in shower. The train tracks go right by town so no matter where you stay you're going to hear them, this place is no exception. It's right in the middle of main street and all shopping and dining were 1 or 2 small blocks away which was fantastic. Parking is cramped as far as availability but we got a spot (last one). My only real complaint is the heater was loud any time it kicked on, which was often in order to keep the room warm in winter. We could also easily hear the people above us and every time they used their bathroom. It didn't bother me so much but it really bothered my sister. Just the way sound transfers through pipes you could hear peeing then really loud when the toilet flushed, their sink, or using the shower. Wasn't a deal breaker for me though. the state owned hot springs were an easy walk, about 4 little blocks away. I'd stay there again.
