Perfect for anniversaries, weekend escapes, or simply unplugging from the world, Muir invites you to reconnect. A queen bed faces the forest beyond floor-to-ceiling glass, while a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette and cozy indoor spaces make it easy to settle in. Outside, your private hot tub and fire pit create the perfect setting for quiet evenings beneath the trees.

During the day, the mirrored exterior reflects the surrounding woods, blending seamlessly into its natural setting. In the evening, the glass becomes transparent from the inside, creating an immersive experience of the landscape beyond. Bathrooms feature frosted glass, and curtains are provided throughout the home for privacy.

Muir is one of two mirrored homes at Notestone Reserve. Each home features its own private hot tub and outdoor space. While other cabins are located on the property, thoughtful positioning and landscaping maintain separation and a peaceful wooded atmosphere. This is a tranquil retreat in nature, though not a completely secluded, stand-alone cabin.

The private outdoor hot tub is open year-round — perfect after a day exploring Old Man’s Cave or during a quiet snowfall in winter.

📝 Property Update

The pond on the property has been temporarily drained for repair due to a leak. Restoration is underway, and we appreciate your understanding as improvements continue.

📶 Connectivity

Satellite WiFi is provided. Due to our wooded and rural setting, occasional interruptions may occur. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature.

🌿 Natural Setting

The cabin is located in a wooded environment. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife are a normal part of being in nature.

• No parties or events
• Only registered guests permitted on the property
• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons
• No commercial photography or videography without prior approval
• Hot tub: please use designated towels and replace the cover when not in use
• Septic system: flush toilet paper only

This home is located in a rural area of Hocking Hills. 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months.
