Riesig, unübersichtlich-2 Häuser ( Süd/Nord) Der in den Portalen abgebildete wirklich schöne Pool ( mit Lounge-Musik, tagsüber Bar, Liegen im Wasser, Whirlpool, (Gas-) Tischfeuer an den schönen Sitzbereichen,… ist erst ab 21J. zugänglich, der 2. = Familien Pool im Nordtower ist sehr lieblos !!! WLAN : nur 2 Devices/ Zimmer…. Sehr anstrengend, wenn man als Familie verreist! ( lt Nachfrage eine harte Regel-als Antwort kam lapidar-ist so,- auch ein Upgrade ist nicht möglich Langsam WLAN , aus dem man ständig ausgeloggt wird) Ausschilderungen in den Towern sehr schlecht oder gewöhnungsbedürftug ( Tipp: Aufzüge eher in der Mitte der Gebäude)

The only concern I had was that two elevators were not working in the south tower which made it very difficult due to the amount of people. People were getting anxious, angry, and impatient. The elevators would fill up far past the noted capacity which made trips very scary

The first night we went in our rugs had not been vacuumed and I found a hair on my sheets. The room appeared dirty. I complained and they came in and cleaned up a little. Later in the week room service would knock on the door three quick times and in about 10 second walk into the room.

One of the major issues was the WiFi. Truly a bizarre 1990's style experience where you had to re-login in your room, when you walked around the casino, and it would really test your patience. The room was decent, comfortable, and nice view of the river for us. Everything in the room worked. The lack of housekeeping seems to be an issue everywhere nowadays. The buffet was so-so, well-priced, but, not great. We tried the river cruise, and it was nice and a decent price. Liked that the casino had a non-smoking area, even if a few people ignored that and smoke anyways. I like the story about the founder of Laughlin, and all that he has done for the town and for people in general, so it is nice to stay at his hotel (he passed away last year, but the family still owns it).

The shift manager (?) in the restaurant was gossiping about a server to other staff members which was very unprofessional. The meal was sub-par. Carrots are the cheapest vegetable to serve and to be served frozen steam table baby carrots is an insult. Plus the baked potatoes tasted like it had been sitting in a steam jacket since it was baked at 2pm not to mention 1/3was black and had to ve cut off. I didn't eat the carrots and only half the baked. The prime rib was ok thankfully but not worth $24. Valet, bell and front desk service were great.
