The Best House With A Heated Pool, Spa, and Safe, Sleeps 6 Comfortably

This beautifully rehabbed home in North Las Vegas, NV is 1,500 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The backyard has a covered patio, a sparkling pool, and a spa. It is less than a 5 minute drive to dine-in restaurants, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, Walmart, Big 5, and several banks. All of the necessities are here for you such as pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, TV's, ceiling fan, etc. Brand new tile flooring throughout, new baseboards, brand new toilets, new faucets, brand new quartz countertops, freshly painted interior, new light fixtures throughout, freshly painted exterior, propane BBQ grill, and more. There is plenty of outdoor seating. There is a safe to store your valuables. All of this in a nice and safe neighborhood with long-term owners in the surrounding properties. Come and make yourself at home.

Located 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Strip, and 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

There is an $80 one-time fee to heat the pool and spa for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). This only applies to guests that want the water heated.

This was a quick trip. The house was functional nothing spectacular about the house. Absolutely overcharged for what we got as a rental. We were charged 80 to heat the pool and it never did heat up very disappointing

The house is very nice. My husband said that it looked like a model home. We found the beds to be uncomfortable but that may be because we are used to a firmer mattress. The property manager was extremely nice. This was the first home that I've rented and had to wait for someone to meet me at the property to let me in. Usually, I find that the homes have a door code for guests to let themselves in. We arrived at the house a little sooner than expected so we had to wait outside for a few minutes before the property manager arrived. Maybe this is a common practice in Vegas, but something I had not encountered before. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience 5 all around

Everything from beginning to end of the rental process was easy an on point. Kieawa was pleasent and made sure we knew our way around the house and gave us some quick tips for surrounding places to eat. The pool was amazing especially during the hottest days Vegas had to offer! As a family of 5 we were all happy and only wished we had been able to stay an extra night or two! If this is available again next time we go to Vegas we will certainly book again!

The Best!

This property was amazing. It was clean and is well maintained. The pool was heated perfectly so my children could swim even though it was chilly outside. Kieawa was an amazing host! Upon arrival, he made sure everything was ready to go and he was very responsive to my questions both before our trip and during. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the Strip.

Wow!!!

This property was everything the listing says it would be! The owner met us upon check-in and gave us a tour of property and went over the house rules. I appreciated him taking the time to do that. He has created an awesome manual with all of the info we would need to know during our stay. The property is immaculate! The pool and back yard area were perfect for entertaining a nice family BBQ. There are pool toys and a lounge chair for sun chasers. The bedrooms were great. The master bed and bathroom are large. I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers in the showers. The linen closet was fully equipped with comfy towels for both swimming and bathing, an iron and some board games. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to are and cook, minus the ingredients. Security system and safe on-site. I highly recommend this property. It's a great place and conveniently located to so many places. We will definitely stay here again for future Vegas trips!!! This property is a winner!!!!!
