Quiet neighborhood
Nice place with quiet patio out back. They may want to put some coasters in. A night stand in the other than master bedroom would be nice. I have never had a 1500 damage deposit at a VRBO. I’ve seen where u can buy it as an option. Not sure if it’s because Vegas attracts a nasty clientele. Nice view of skyline outback too. Well stocked with appliances.

Loved this property!
We loved this property! Everything was great… the location was perfect between the strip and lake las vegas, the house was beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the manager was very helpful and responsive. The only thing we were upset about was that we didn’t rent it for longer.

Not as advertised - broken spa plus more
Main reason for picking this property was the hot tub! Arrived and on day one, discovered the Hot tub was not in any shape to be enjoyed (broken seat cushion caused jet to spray 3 feet) so no other jets had any force, plus water had been shocked with chemicals that burned our eyes, noses and throats. When we voiced our disappointment immediately, we were told via text that a part was on permanent back order, so a new tub was on its way. They knew this was an issue, but listing did not reflect this. Listing should have shown tub not functional. I would have kept looking for a place with a hot tub. Owners denied any responsibility. I asked for $250 credit on a 3-night stay and it took me nearly a month of badgering owners and she finally sent me a credit for $100. Other issues: 3 forks in whole house upon arrival (more silverware delivered promptly), broken dining room chair, rusty spike on top shelf of dishwasher, no towel racks in master bedroom, slow draining sinks in master, horrible kitchen pots and pans, and the master BR lacked a second nightstand for sleeper on the right side of bed. Would not recommend this place. Worst VRBO experience to date.

Great rental
I have rented several houses over the years, in many different locations, and this by far is the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in. The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Check in/check out was easy with very few things to do when you leave. However, I’m not sure if it’s just the city of Henderson, or the neighborhood but there were some rules to follow that I was unaware of. Quiet time was from 10pm till 7am and house rules say you weren’t allowed in the hot tub after 10pm. If you were and noisy I guess, you could possibly be kicked out or have the police called. It’s the desert and who wants to be in a hot tub before 10pm? I do understand that young people rent these things and cause issues. Also if you don’t want to be on camera in the hot tub or have the sound monitored this is not the place for you. I’m sure the owners don’t just sit and watch, and they are there in case something happens but I just prefer privacy. We didn’t have any issues but we’re fairly quiet I believe. Anyway this was a great property and great for older people who don’t party and go to bed at 9. I would recommend!

Great place for exploring Vegas and the surrounding area!
Great house with a lot of room in a quiet neighborhood close to the highway making it easy to explore Vegas and multiple parks. We really appreciated that the house was stocked with the staples for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room! There were so many gadgets in the kitchen, but not many bowls, plates, or cutlery. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean! We were not given a heads up on the lawn maintenance fellow showing up in the backyard one morning. The keypad on the door was finicky, didn’t always work the easiest. Communication with the owner via the app did not work, never got a reply. Use the number on the laminated sheet in the house to communicate issues. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

Great views & cute house
The views from the deck at sunset were excellent. The kitchen had lots of appliances that weren't listed. The garden is enclosed and works well if you have a dog. It's located just off the 215 so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit. The correct contact is Eric - not the person on the VRBO listing that never replied to any of my questions. Once at the house, Eric was very responsive.

Overall a very nice place.
Very nice neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Backyard deck is relaxing. Only issues were the keurig didnt work and the small regular coffee pot, didnt work well either. And the electronic door was very hard to use. We had troubke unlocking the door every time. Was very frustrating. But kitchen is beautiful and nice to stay in a lovely home instead of a hotel. Would definitely stay here again and reccommend it.

Pleasant & Enjoyable Stay
Came to Vegas with family to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, We found these accommodations to be very reasonable and pleasant not far off the Vegas strip. Clean & comfortable, easy to access and close enough to everything Vegas offers. Nice view of the Strip from the yard, had to mention that. Would definitely stay there again!!! See Ya Again

This property is outstanding; very clean, quiet neighborhood, great spaces and amenities. It has great access to all the southern Nevada sites and sounds, from the Strip to Hoover Dam to Valley of Fire and everything in between. We will definitely be back!

This is a great property. Quiet, convenient location, very clean. Owner has thought of everything, and all amenities are provided. Dog friendly with an enclosed backyard with grass, Jacuzzi spa, and BBQ. Overall one of the best places we have stayed at.

Perfect rental house
This house was a wonderful home away from home. All of the beds were so comfortable, on the firm side how I like it. Bed linens were so soft and towels were fluffy and clean. The backyard and hot tub were a great place to hang out and offered a lot of privacy. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment you need to cook meals. There was plenty of soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand sanitizer, etc. If you don't need to be right on the strip, this is the place to come! You get SO much more than you would at a hotel, and we had a great time checking out Water Street that is very close by. I highly recommend this rental and would personally love to come back when visiting fabulous Las Vegas.

Great location
Our family of 6 stayed here when we visited the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. It was a great location. We enjoyed watching the sunsets out back. Communication through texting with the owner was great. We really appreciated that the bathrooms and laundry room were stocked since we didn't bring much with us on our flight. Overall, this house was great. The only two issues were that some of the furniture was different than what was pictured (which wasn't a huge deal but the items that had been changed are not as nice as the ones pictures) and the tile floor was dirty. Everything else was cleaned well and it had clearly been vacuumed but the floor definitely needed to be mopped as well.

Quiet neighborhood close to all things!
We visit Henderson regularly to see our family. We had a big family gathering for my father’s 80 birthday. The home was cozy and comfortable for many adults. We hosted breakfast and were able to cook a nice meal for everyone with the well stocked kitchen. We weren’t able to enjoy the backyard due to the weather but look forward to enjoying it at our next stay. Our family members all mentioned I. What a great time we all had being together - much better then us all in hotel rooms. We were able to have meals together and play cards together and watch movies. This home met all our expectations. Definitely a do over for us!

The house was as stated in description and was fully stocked. It was clean and a very inviting rental for families or friends to get together. There is a great view of the strip from the backyard along with a hot tub and fire pit. I cannot say enough about the owners. They accepted our reservation quickly and let us know they could be reached if we needed anything during our stay. Super nice people and we would stay here again if in the area

We love it here!
This was the perfect place for our LV stay. We stayed to celebrate bdays for my 2 girls, ages 1&5. A highchair was provided and a pack n play if needed, we brought our own. The house was as pictured, but aged a bit. The location is a true residential neighborhood and feels safe. We did not use the hot tub. Everything was in good working order. The floors were clean but needed dust mopped and we were unable to locate a mop. There were also no trashbags available other than what was in the can. These are minor details and overall we absolutely loved this house, it’s an 8 minute drive from The District, 8 minutes from a Target shopping center and has a fantastic night view. We hope to stay here again in the future, thank you!

Quiet and Comfortable
This was our first time visiting the Las Vegas area. This house provided a nice place to relax away from the busy city, yet close enough to enjoy the view of the city lights on the strip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house is open and inviting with lots of natural light. My husband and I also enjoyed the using the hot tub in the back yard.

Great getaway
I really enjoyed staying at this location! This was my first rental home experience and I thought it was great. There were 8 women in this house and we spent Saturday in the desert and Sunday on the Strip. We had been looking for somewhere quiet to retreat to and this rental was so exactly what I'd hoped for. This home was the perfect getaway and place of rest at the end of our days. The hot tub was so ideal - it was a little on the not hot side when we arrived, but we turned it up on Friday night when we arrived and by Saturday night it was nice and hot (and turned it down again when we were finished on Sunday night). Ashley had told us she'd be away for the weekend so she got us the contact info for her neighbour, who did check the hot tub for us and deliver us a few essentials that were missing when we arrived (just pods for the dishwasher; there was also the concern we'd run out of TP so he delivered us more of that too). There were a few things missing we thought were odd; there was a lot of baking supplies but it was harder to find the cooking supplies - there was a small + med pot lid, but no pots to match. There was a large pot but no large lids. The bathroom ran out of hand soap and we could find no replacement. When we arrived the mugs and cups had likely been through the dishwasher but they was still gunk in the bottom of them and we had to hand wash them. I had also turned on the dishwasher when we went to leave Monday morning, but when I was doing a quick run through of the house it looked like it hadn't started. Which I thought was odd. But these I felt were very minor and I would 100% stay here again if I was to do a Vegas getaway again. If you have kids the house was definitely equipped for them, too. There was a grill out back that was great, we used it one night, and the city views at night aren't overwhelming but they certainly are nice. Like I said, I would stay here again. It was a great first rental experience.

Great Boating Condo for Lake Mead
Great time at this wonderful condo with room to park our boat! We spent time at Lake Mead(20 minutes from boat ramp), an evening at the Freemont Experience, and one afternoon at Hoover Dam . The Condo was perfect for us and our adult children who flew in from around the country! Great food could be had at The Great Greek, Lucille's Smokehouse and Coo Coo's. We ate out when we wanted and the kitchen was equipped well for eating in. Quiet neighborhood so we got lots of rest! Appreciated the Keurig and regular coffee pot and the grill was awesome for pancakes! Will stay here again!

Great property
We rented the property for our recent trip to visit our parents who live in Henderson. The property has a great open floor plan and is very clean. The yard has great views of the Vegas Strip. The owner was very responsive and it was very convenient that they had baby equipment to lend to make our visit even more convenient. I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was also nice and it is a short drive to visit the Striip if you desire.

Perfect for our family
We are so happy we chose this property for our family with young children. It was clean, updated, and included all the usual household items to help us feel right at home. (And an awesome master bath!) We were an easy drive to area attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views of Vegas. Ashley and Eric made extra accommodations available for our baby which made our lives so much easier! They were highly attentive to our needs. A wonderful place!
