Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise außerhalb LV
Waren nur einen Nacht nach der Anreise dort. Moderne Ausstattung. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut, Cornflakes, Kuchen, Beagles, Toast, Ei, etwas Obst, Säfte und guter Kaffee.

Ruhiges Hotel in Las Vegas
Wir waren bereits mehrfach in Las Vegas, aber die riesigen, lauten und überfüllten Hotels fingen an uns auf die Nerven zu gehen. Das Hotel der Element Gruppe im Stadtteil Summerlin ist eine angenehme Alternative. Man ist in 10 min am Strip und kann sich ins Vergnügen stürzen, aber wenn man dann doch mal seine Ruhe z.b. zum Schlafen möchte, ist das Hotel perfekt. Das Hotel ist auf angenehme Weise konsequent ökologisch, dabei aber sehr modern, sauber und mit einem ausgesprochen freundlichen Personal. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der Stadtteil Summerlin ist ruhig, sauber und sicher und das Hotel liegt keine 2 Minuten von einer Highway Auffahrt entfernt. Wer Las Vegas mag, aber trotzdem nicht 24 Stunden im Karnevalszustand verbringen möchte, für den ist das Hotel perfekt.

When we went to our room following checkin we realized that we were given an accessible room, which we did not book. We called the front desk and we were told that since the booking came through a third party (Expedia), there was nothing they could do. So we started unpacking and went into the bathroom to find that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk again and they sent someone up to clean the toilet. The toilet did not come completely clean but there wasn't anything else they could do. When I finished unpacking, I went to put my valuables in the safe and it didn't work. I called the front desk again and told them if they couldn't fix it immediately then I wanted another room and compensation for everything that had happened. They said that they would take $100 off our 3 night stay. They called back a few minutes later and said that they had a cancellation and we can move to a different room on the same floor, which we did. Everything in the new room was clean and working. A couple things that we didn't like: the air conditioner was loud and blew directly on our faces when sleeping and daily housekeeping was nothing more then picking up wet towels and replacing them with clean ones. The included breakfast was acceptable for a continental breakfast. I'm not sure that I would book this hoyel again.

Good evening, Karen, Our sincerest apologies for your experience during the stay. We tried our best to accommodate in any way possible, especially being sold out for the night. Unfortunately, being attentive, we did see that the reservation was requesting for an accessible room. I understand that you may not have booked it that way, but if we do see the request, we try our best to accommodate as needed. I do believe we had actually taken a total of 150 off of your stay, in hopes we could get you taken care of due to the mishap. Once the new room was available, we followed up and were informed the room was perfect and way better, to your standard. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any of the other occurrences, following the transfer, so I apologize that we couldn't make up for the inconveniences that you experienced while staying with us. If you choose to stay with us in the future, I hope that we can make your stay more accommodating and comfortable for you.

This hotel was in a great area. Convenient to most attractions. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast had lots of options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size with lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

It must be under new management, which decided to do away with a daily change of towels, making the bed, emptying the garbage bins. I have stayed here 3 times before, but not again. Breakfast choices disappointing too, hot water for tea limited (needed to microwave in the room), coffee ran out, so did fruit juice.

Better than expected.
Really nice place. Staff was beyond accommodating. Typical free hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about but good food and a nice start to the day. Really impressed with the room, modern and very comfortable.

Bill was a mess, manager helpful. Expedia couldn't add!!! Place is getting old, they did make repairs I requested. Room cleanup left no coffee and didn't clean coffee maker.

Area around the property is nice and safe. There is an additional pet fee. The breakfast wasn’t great-staff wasn’t attentive, coffee and silverware ran out, tables were dirty. Room was clean but it was soooo noisy. I would never stay here again for the price I paid.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but the layout was a little weird with the "rotating" TV that can only be seen by half of the room at any given time. The employees at the front desk were nice enough, but on more than one occasion there was no one there to help (at check-in, etc). I have a nice car so parking is always important to me, and the parking lot was spacious and clean. I would probably stay there again. 4/5.

Water got turned off
The bed was comfy and the room was clean. But one of the elevators was out of order and muddy footprints hung around it for a few days. The last two days we couldn’t shower because the water was turned off and then there was no water pressure.

Needs a little refresh.
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, far away from the bustle of Vegas. Well suited for business travel. I realize it's an eco-friendly hotel, but there were no housekeeping services other than a knock on the door and someone handing you new towels. I asked the front desk on day 2 if I could pay for light housekeeping (a "micro clean" - wipe down, make the bed, give us trash can liners, and to help us put the sofa bed back together - it got stuck). They said yes, but we returned to nothing other than fresh towels on the counter. If you're deciding between this and an airbnb, go with the rental - the benefit of a hotel is the small luxuries like a made bed. Other notes: some wear and tear on the property - loose tiles, scuffs and scrapes on the walls, well-worn sofas - scratches in the elevator. It's no longer the "Westin Heavenly Bed." The bed is fine, but now that it's a Marriot property it lacks the "plus" of the old more luxurious bedding. Please note the staff were very professional, and they seemed short-staffed for housekeeping. They even brought me a bag of ice when I inquired about the ice maker. Still a nice property, but not as clean or well maintained as other Element properties. It's a safe option for families or solo travelers. But could use a little touch up.

We are currently working on projects to help elevate and meet the standards on the bed. We now have a full maintenance team that is working hard on taking the scuffs and wear and tear of the property out. We hope that next time you are back you give us another opportunity to showcase our Element Hotel.

Don’t fall for price, you will pay double
Our bill went from 440 to almost or more than 700 dlls We stay from 2-4 of June and till this day we still getting charged We got a supposedly hold of 200 dlls when we checked out, that supposedly by now should receive back and we haven’t, but we did got charge 117 dlls For what we don’t know. We only slept and woke up very early to enjoy Vegas and went back around 3-4 am we only ate breakfast once. Not to mention that first day we come back to our room and they left our clean towels in a bag tossed in the room.
