Praktisches Hotel, vor allem wenn man früh einen Flug hat. Gleich neben Airport und doch sehr ruhig. Rental Car return gleich um die Ecke.

The property caught on fire during my stay at 2am. We had to wait for hours to get our belongings after evacuating and no accommodations were made for other hotels. Zero chance I would ever stay at this property again.

First paying for parking at a hotel is ridiculous. The price of the room for a double queen at $230 should come with parking. Only one elevator worked and my confidence in it was quiet low due to the amount of screeching it did. This also resulted in long waits for the elevator as everytime it stopped at your floor it was full and you couldn't get on. I'm glad I'd spent the last 5 days camping in the desert and didn't mind the cold shower since there was zero hot water anyways. Then the website said there was a continental breakfast but failed to mention you'd be charged for that as well. The nickle and diming you with the parking and breakfast combined with the elevator issues and no hot water made me feel like they really couldn't care less about the comfort of thier guest. The front staff and cleaning staff were super nice and helpful but upper management should definitely consider taking better care of the people that stay there.

The staff are very efficient, helpful and welcoming! Serena and Lynette do a great job at the front desk. The airport shuttle service is a great amenity. The bathroom is very clean and well-stocked.

We stayed here for one night before our trip-on-the-strip started because it was expensive for the weekend, it is close to the airport, and we were getting in late. To start off, check in was easy, the hotel lobby was clean, and they had it decorated cute for Christmas. The workers chill. However, I could not shower in the hotel, it was absolutely disgusting in the bathroom. The shower head was covered in gunk and the drain looked like something was going to crawl up and kill me. I was afraid to touch anything, and the toilet was dodgy. The sheets were clean, the tabletops were not. Overall my expectations weren’t going to be great anyway, but for this one being the ‘better’ option of the hotels near the airport, I was shocked that it was able to lower my already low expectations of basic-level hotels. 👍

There is a weird smell of old building in the hotel and also the bathrooms had a used towel and the water was not draining fast enough. The beds were so old that they went deep in on both sides of the bed while the center is elevated. Add to this the hotel charges $10 for parking on the property when the rates are already ridiculous for this kind of a hotel. Very disappointed with the hotel, the price and the overall experience of staying in here.

We arrived late in the evening and had to wait 30 min because the person that manages the front desk was also the shuttle to airport driver - even though he tried to amend with good service makes no sense to be that under staff … the room was dated but clean - don’t think we will stay there again

The staff were awesome the made us feel comfortable. Our shuttle driver Sven, was so friendly and courteous. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived and greeted us with warm cookies. He also made sure that i made it to the airport on time to catch my flight back home! We'll definitely be staying there again soon.

We waited over an hour at the airport to be picked up. When my husband called to see what the hold up was the desk clerk was rude and not helpful. We had been traveling for over 15 hours and were tired and I was sick. We finally got to the hotel a little after midnight. They charged us 394.00!! I said for one night! When I booked the hotel they had sent me the cost in sterling or pounds so I had no idea it was going to be so expensive. No breakfast included- a Huge sign at the door 10.00 to park your car! 3 weeks ago we stayed at La Quinta not far from your establishment. Very clean-up to date-free breakfast- free parking and half the price. We will go back there- your warm cookie on arrival does not make up for everything you are lacking.
