Schönes Hotel, etwas außerhalb vom Strip
Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb vom Strip, aber wenn man ein Auto hat ist das kein Problem, denn am Strip gibt es genügend Selfparking. Rundum das Hotel gibt es genügend Restaurants, Tankstellen, kleinere Supermärkte und andere Shops. Zwischen Hotel und Strip ist ein schönes Outlet.

Thank you for voicing your concerns. Though the front desk staff followed protocol when approached by a guest who was visiting demanding for a key to a room. As, a precaution they asked for identification and was given a disrespectful approach. Also, stated that they staff is being racist is uncalled for. We pride the safety for all guests as our establishment and follow protocol. If a name is not on a reservation and we can't verify with guest in house. You will have to understand safety comes first.

Perfectly bare bones and average. Unfortunately there was some payment issue between the property and Expedia. After an hour in chat with Expedia they were able to resolve the payment issue. Additionally they had to service the AC and clean the carpets in our room during our stay. Seemed like poor timing on their part considering we were checking out the next morning. I would only stay here again in a pinch.

The website stated there was a continental breakfast and restaurant which was not open when we got there. The hot tub was broken, there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and room that affected our family’s allergies and we had to find a new hotel in the morning. We came as a gymnastics group and had to get accommodations for everyone. It was very inconvenient for our team and it took two days for the allergic swelling in my eyes to subside after leaving.

Rooms very nice with loveseat, ottoman, desk, office chair on wheels, mw, frig. Tv smaller than most-32" plus king bed with nightstands, clock and plugins plus lamps on both sides. Bathroom equiped with lots of safety bars. This was presidents weekend so prices of motels were double the usual price. This was the cheapest I found at $233 in the area near relatives. Worried as didnt know the name. Hubby said nicer than the convention center rooms downtown.

TV was broken. Put a request in for it to be fixed - it was not fixed 24hrs after the request. Hotel was dirty. Sheets were scratchy and loud.

I do not recommend this location. While the staff was friendly the actual property was mediocre at best. My room smelled like someone was hiding a pound of weed in the mattress and I woke up in the morning with some sort of bug bites on my foot.
