Strandhotels in Las Jarretaderas suchen

"Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
