- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that this home does not have direct beach access. The closest beach is the Langley public beach at the Langley Marina.
- Even though the home is close to town, there are no shoulders on the road, making it potentially dangerous to walk due to passing cars.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. A real life landscape painting of the sea and mountains.

Walking into the property led us directly to the large window framing the real-life painting of the sea and mountains. Everyone stopped and stared. Truly beautiful. The house was very clean. Bedrooms are nicely sized, and the separate floors make for easy living for two family groups. The house is near to Langley and several wineries. This is a wonderful property. The only slight challenges were a musty smell upon entering the house and a slightly outdated kitchen with limited wine glasses and cookware. The fresh air from the open doors quickly dissipated the odor, and we were fine drinking wine from juice glasses.

Killer view!!

Unbelievable view, absolutely stunning!! The home is old & a little musty smelling but it was clean & beds were very comfy. A dicey driveway just have to be careful pulling in & out. All over a great stay & would rent this home again 😁 once again the view is to die for!!

only complaint

There was really only one complaint and that was the bottom sheet on the upstairs master bed was pilled, very rough surface(what a cheaper sheet will do after many uses). Other than that, it was delightful in every respect and we plan to see if we can book it again once we know the dates of the Langley Murder weekend for next year('24)! Thanks much

What A View!

We had the most memorable stay at this property and enjoyed the surrounding areas. The house is older, one of the first in the area, but well-appointed and layed out. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of tools in the kitchen to make the best meals. A new grill outside provided more cooking power and we definitely took advantage of that. The morning sunrises were to die for. Simply perfect. Can't recommend this property enough and will definitely keep it in mind for our return stay.
