Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We were a group of friends gathering to enjoy each other's company. We also enjoy cooking and found the facilities there very good for our preparations and dining. Only a few complaints: one of the bedrooms was converted to a bedroom and had a full-size bed instead of a queen-size; no dresser, hooks, luggage rack or any way to manage clothes except a suitcase on the floor; and no screen in the window so no way to get fresh air into the room. Also, there were only 6 dinner plates for the 8 of us, and only seating for 4 in the living room. We were able to adjust and otherwise the stay was outstanding.

Spacious, bright house

The house has cathedral ceilings and large windows looking out at Saratoga Passage. Four bedrooms meant our teenagers all got their own rooms. Kitchen is nicely outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, and a large collection of organic spices.

It needs some routine maintenance. Dishwasher is not secured . The Uptairs shower was lacking enough hot water. Kitchen faucet handle came off . The blinds are very hard to pull down and up. The fire alarm came on at 3am, obviously lacking maintenance on the batteries. There is no TV in the living area, only the bedroom. It does have a good view and fenced yard

Very nice place with great backyard views. Property was clean and kitchen was stocked well enough for cooking at home. We grilled on 3x times on the deck, but needed to purchase grilling utensils that we left at the property. High kitchen cabinets required step stool which was provided. A few on the windows that opened had no screen and that was an issue since we actually had warm weather. On that note- surprisingly no screen doors at frot and back. Would make for great ventilation. Living room modular couch was a minus. Dining table was great. Location was easy to travel to Langley or Freeland or further up the island. Overall- an A-

We loved staying here! Communication with the property manager was wonderful. The house is on a bluff overlooking the sound, with a big fenced yard for the dog. House is bright and spacious. Lovely!

House and view were amazing. Dogs loved the big gated yard. Kitchen well appointed. Only issue is the dishwasher was a little wonky as the bottom rack wasn’t working well, but I imagine that’s an easy fix. Definitely still 5 stars, and would stay again.

Lovely home for a get-away. Clean and comfortable - amazing views and a large yard. It was fun to watch boat traffic in Saratoga Passage. It is close to Langley, ferry to Mukilteo & not too far from Coupeville, if you want to go for some Penn Cove Muscles (yum).

Wonderful Stay in Langley!

Our family (including our 2 year old son + 3 year old Corgi) had an amazing time at Karen's VRBO in Langley! Both the home and overall property exceeded our expectations. The interior was spacious and clean, and could have comfortably slept another few adults or an additional family. And the backyard/view of Saratoga Passage were stunning. Even better, the home is just a short drive (under 10 minutes) from Langley center to restaurants, parks, and shopping, while about 15 minutes to other activities like Double Bluff Beach, Bayview Corner, and South Whidbey Community Park. We hope to return again soon, and would highly recommend to others visiting Whidbey Island!

We had a fun stay at this great house on Whidbey. Pros: Quick drive to Langley, absolutely gorgeous view, great yard, pretty well appointed Cons: Sun is seriously blinding in the morning, not in a walkable area Overall our stay was very comfortable. Peaceful Retreat

We were a group of 4 adults and one small dog. The space was perfect for us with one bedroom to spare. The view was fabulous - we loved watching the eagles glide by, the weather change, and the water traffic. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog. It was a great way of giving our out of state guests a taste of Washington. Very clean and comfortable.
