Not so good
1. Difficult during registration - need to wait nearly 30 min before the owner came to open the room. 2. Hard to find - the signage is too blurry and difficult to read 3. A lot of ants in the bed even though we clean it up. Really discomfort. 4. No soap provided. However, after making the complaint, they sent it in 15 min. 5. Quite far from city centre and nothing at the surrounding 6. Be careful of speedy car, truck etc. Quite a busy road to cross. 7. This is not hotel. Pls dont list this property under 'Hotel categories'. It miss information.

1. Most of our guests are self-check-in if we do receive booking before 12 noon. We need to lock the room for security reasons if we do not have any bookings at all just like the last 12 Jan 2020. This was last minute booking. We received your booking on 12 Jan at 3 pm via email from Expedia. Therefore we tried our best to handover the key to you. We also communicate for you to come again after 1 hour since our worker an away at that hour. 2. We will do renovation this month for proper signage. Therefore we do advise and share google location and photos with our guest before arrival. Our salesperson do share with you via WhatsApps Application. 3. You should inform our staff, therefore, we could arrange another room for you or if you still not satisfied, we will refund the amount you paid 100%. For your info, we did pest control every 2 weeks. This is the first time we got complained about ants in a room. 4. We do apologies as our staff does miss to put it in the room. We always tried to address and assist any problem related to our property to guest as soon as possible. 5. As you can see in google map our location just beside the main road and only 10 minutes for guests to drive to Cenang Beach. We are around a peaceful village area. 6. We not managing the main road. That was under state government authority. 7. We are more of budget accommodation (room stay) where our guest paid for 1 room to accommodate 4 adults (maximum 5 adults). The price range is around 2 person of accommodation by most of other properties around Langkawi. You can accommodate more people by paying a lower price if booking with us. We classify our property as an Inn. Expedia and other most websites put us in the hotel categories. You should contact them to make any complaint you have regarding their system.

Nice location close to Pantai Cenang
Overall the location is quite convenient to move around Langkawi. The room is big and no problem with the parking. The only problem is hard to find breakfast here.

Nice hotel, in the middle of city, near to airport
Friendly staff, has no problem with extra request. Room is nice for a family. Don't have to worry about parking. Walking distance to 24hr mart. All was great, just no chairs to sit so all of us were watching tv on bed. :-)

Good Budget Accommodation
Nice, neat and very clean room. Bathroom facilities were great, shower was fantastic - nice and hot! Convenient location with convenience stores over road and a food market with 200m. Air conditioned, with basic TV and tea/coffee facilities, no fridge. There is no reception, so look out for the email containing the hotel contact details, you will need to ring for the key.

Kedudukan hotel yang strategik
Penginapan ini berada di tengah pulau. Senang untuk bergerak ke mana-mana. Dekat dengan petrol station, masjid, kedai runcit & gerai-gerai makan. Di sebelah malam, terdapat gerai makan yang murah & sedap betul betul di hadapan hotel. Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak rendah. Sesuai bagi keluarga dan kumpulan yang datang bersantai dan no rush. Harap tekanan air makin laju setelah baca komen ini. Keseluruhannya, kami berpuas hati :D
