► PARKING: Free, secure parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large parking area + TESLA Charger

► WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers.

► FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance.

► PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.

The Neighborhood:
This property is set in the tranquil, historic community of Landers which features wide, open landscapes and a lack of noise and light pollution. At night, stargazing is a must!

Landers is a 3-minute drive from one of the High Desert’s best new restaurants, La Copine, which is known for their seasonal, local ingredients. It’s also a 10-minute drive from the Integratron, a new age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.

Looking for more things to do? Don’t miss these area highlights:
• Yucca Valley (15-minute drive) - Convenient stop for chain stores and local eateries, like Carla's Route 62 Diner and C & S Coffee Shop.
• Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (17-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art.
• Joshua Tree Village (17-minute drive) - Quirky strip of boutiques and restaurants, including Coyote Corner, Space Cowboy Books, and the rustic Joshua Tree Saloon.
• Pioneertown (18-minute drive) - Put on your ten-gallon hat and stroll down Mane Street of this Wild West-inspired town, also known for Pappy & Harriet’s, a notable restaurant and venue.

Getting Around:
Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

Other Things to Note:
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance.

• POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
- The hot tub is always free to heat.
- However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below.
- If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive.

Extra Charges for Pool Heating:
May/September: $150 per night
October and April: $200 per night
November, December, March: $300 per night
January, February: Heating not available

No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
