Sycamore Downtown Vista

Dieses charaktervolle Haus wurde komplett renoviert mit einem offenen Layout, freiliegenden Ziegeln und sauberen weißen Wänden. Die erste Etage verfügt über eine Küche, ein Mudroom, ein kleines Bad und ein offenes Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer mit Kabel-TV. Die zweite Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und grenzt an ein Badezimmer in voller Größe. Das zweite Schlafzimmer umfasst zwei große Betten, eine Waschküche und eine Außenterrasse mit einem Tisch und Stühlen.
Die dritte Etage umfasst ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Kabel-TV, Lounge-Sessel, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein großes Badezimmer.

Cozy and clean stay near downtown

We were with family for a wedding in town and this was the perfect place to stay! We walked into downtown Lancaster to enjoy the shops and restaurants and were able to make full use of the kitchen and great back porch. Home was very clean and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay of 5 days. The location is within easy walking distance of downtown. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Designated parking is for one car, but we were able to work out a spot for a second car. Overall it was a great place for us!Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay there very much. We cooked all that one meal there and the kitchen facilities were excellent. My wife said she loved it and hopes we can come back again. Our grandson is a grad student at Temple University, so there’s a good chance we can return.

Ladies Weekend

So enjoyed our stay in this quant historic little home in downtown Lancaster! Love the exposed brick! Decor is as beautiful as in the pictures. The home worked well for the four of us who were in town for Sight & Sound and some shopping. The larger main bath is on the second floor where 3 of us shared 2 rooms. Both these rooms and the main bath have doors to adjoin them. The beautiful third floor suite would be perfect for a couple though the shower may be small for a larger person. There’s a small room/closet off this suite for an infant or toddler (pack & play in closet that has a window). Parking out back works well but can be a little tricky if you arrive after dark and are not familiar with the roads. Look carefully on your nav for the ‘road’ that goes behind the row houses. Alll in all, would highly recommend! If stairs are a problem, you may want to skip this one though.

Family vacation/ road trip from CT to TN - great 4 days in PA.

My husband, and 2 teenagers (13 & 16) and I visited family in TN and on our way home spent 4 days in PA. This property was perfect for us! We loved the location (did day trips to Hershey Park, Amish Country, & Gettysburg). Walked downtown for dinner the first night. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Cool shopping; historic city. The property is spacious, everything is comfortable, well decorated, and has a WONDERFUL rooftop deck. I had my coffee out there every morning! Hosts were very easy to communicate with, and nice and clear in their information and instructions. Would highly recommend this listing. We wish we could have taken more advantage of the walkability of the city, but didn’t have the time with all of our other awesome plans! The space has a lot of character. We thought it had a very “Newport Mansions” feel to the inside. Three separate floors, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath on main floor, washer/ dryer, central air, etc. Listing pictures are accurate. My favorite aesthetics: great lighting, long dining room table, nice mix of timeless elements with modern touches. The onsite parking for 1 vehicle was convenient for us, too. (There are additional parking options as well if you have more than 1 vehicle.) We would book here again!

Beautifully restored home in historic downtown!

This home is beautiful, clean and laid out exactly as presented on vrbo. Parking in the rear for one vehicle was easy, convenient and very appreciated! We cooked a few easy meals and had everything we needed. Being located in the heart of the city I was surprised to not hear any street noise and slept well.

Family getaway

The place is adorable. My husband and I went for a quick trip with two of our adult children to see Daniel at Sight and Sound Theater. We had plenty of space for all of us to dine and hang out. My husband and I stayed on the third floor. Unfortunately the shower was leaking onto the floor and the sink leaks when we turned the water on so we shared the downstairs bathroom. The staircase is steep on the 3rd floor and the railing on the left does wiggle when you grab it. I ended up letting go of the railing because it seemed loose and fell down that entire steep staircase. We spent the morning in the emergency room and I have a pretty bad concussion from the fall. I would recommend a sign asking guests to use the right sided railing only.

Perfect Lancaster Location

This house was amazing!!!! We traveled with 4 teenagers and a child. The 3rd floor suite was perfect for my husband and I, while the kids all fit perfectly in the other 2 bedrooms. There was so much space to relax and spread out and not feel cramped. We loved the deck for morning coffee! The kitchen and dining/living area was beautiful. It was the perfect location to walk to the best farmers market I have ever been to. Loved that we could walk anywhere for restaurants and the drive to Hershey Park was around 40 minutes but saved so much money staying here rather than in Hershey. We would definitely stay here again!

Mini getaway

The home was perfect for couples. Top floor is quiet and spacious. Second floor had space for people to relax and spread out with the additional room. Location is great for walking into town with many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the central market and purchased local foods to have during our stay. Would highly recommended this home.

We loved the location and the house. It was perfect for 2 couples. Enough space to hang together and for privacy at the same time. Had 2 cars with one reserved parking spot, but Nathan told us how to manage the 2 cars. Will stay here again.
