Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
Finger weg! Zimmer dreckig und ohne Sonnenlicht.
Das Hotel ist aufgebaut wie ein Atrium, im Hof sind ein Restaurant mit Wasserfall und der Pool. Alle Zimmer zum Hof haben somit extrem viel Lärm vorm Fenster und vor allem kein Sonnenlicht. Das Zimmer fühlt sich an wie eine Innenkabine ohne Bullauge auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Unsere Bettwäsche war mit altem Blut verschmiert. Die Anlage hat insgesamt viel zu viele Betten im Verhältnis zur Größe der Pools und der anderen Atraktionen. Als wir in den Pool wollten war er wegen Überfüllung gesperrt. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir rein hatten aber ca 1m^2 platzt im Wasser. Insgesamt kann ich jedem nur abraten hier zu buchen. Wenn es nicht anders geht, dann auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Ausblick und auf gar keinen Fall ein Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!

When I got to the hotel (close to 1 am), I had to wait approximately 5-7 minutes for a desk clerk to appear. She and another coworker were in the back with a closed door. While I was waiting, two others joined me and they advised that the clerk was often hidden in the back room. Otherwise, check in was fine. The hotel is nice but our room was obviously updated without being done in a quality manner.

It was a very nice, clean, and to me fancy hotel. The indoor pool and whirlpool were nice to relax in. I did not order any food though cuz it was a little too pricy for me at that time. I will definitely go here again next year, when Zenkaicon is happening.

Eden was very nice but honestly i think it was extremely over priced. We stayed in a suite. But other than having a seperate bedroom it wasnt anything special. It seemed like the rooms needed updating and there were kids/teenagers running through the halls , knocking on doors, amd being extremely loud till after 1am. The indoor pool was small and heavily chemicaled. The breakfast buffet was good but again it seemed over priced for what was on the buffet. It was a mice place but wont stay there again.

This was my third time staying on the property and each time I am overwhelmed with enjoyment. I recommend this place often as a quick get away for couples or families. I will return in the summer. I did lose a bag on the property and I haven’t received a call back from their lost and found dept yet. Pending a call back. (This was an error on me not the property)

Pool was dirty and it smells. The shower head had molds. The safe box was not working. The fridge that is inside the cabinet was filthy. I would never bring my family here again.
