Hallways smelled of tobacco and pot smoke and only one of two elevators were working. The staff were nice but we did not need to interact very much. Parking was easy and the EV fast chargers were a big plus. With a bit of investment and fixing up this could be very nice but it currently has the feel of a hotel that will be ...
