„We came out for the Crossing for Cystic event at Lake Worth beach. Our family all met up at the Salty Mermaid from all over (Hawaii, Texas, Florida) and the home was a perfect place for quality family time. It was not far from a grocery store and beach, had a pool and was stocked with games pool toys, and beach supplies“

„The check-in process was straightforward and simple. The house is connected to 2 other houses and the parking situation was a little confusing but there was plenty of space. The house itself was wonderful with plenty of beds and clean towels for everyone! The house is stocked with toilet paper, shower soaps, and hand/dish soap! "Unfortunately, we were unable to check in and therefore couldn’t stay there, even though we arrived on time for the check-in period. A note on the office door stated that it was closed due to an emergency. Despite multiple messages and calls, no one responded. This ruined half of our day’s plans, and we had to urgently find another place to stay. Now, we also have to fight for a refund. All in all, it’s an absolute disgrace! "
