• No trailer parking is allowed on the property (trailers will be towed)

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM (early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra fee, subject to availability)

• The pools are seasonal

• The condo is reached by two flights of stairs down from the parking lot

• Guests must be 21+ to book
