• Pools are seasonal. Tennis courts are near the complex entrance, and the clubhouse and pool are in the middle of the complex.

• The boat slip is an extra fee, not included in the nightly rate, and is subject to availability. Message us to reserve it.

• Trailers and RVs can't be parked at Regatta Bay. See the House rules.

Regatta Bay is a quiet lakefront condo community on Horseshoe Bend near the 12 mile marker in the Village of Four Seasons, just down the road from the Lodge of Four Seasons. Restaurants, shopping, golf, and marinas are a short drive away, and the Bagnell Dam Strip and Osage Beach are an easy drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Parking is free in the open complex lot; spots aren't assigned and can fill up on holiday weekends. Trailers and RVs can't be parked at Regatta Bay. Message us and we'll share nearby boat ramps and trailer parking.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Message us to ask. The boat slip is an optional add-on for an extra fee and is subject to availability.
