You’ll find delicious and convenient dining options within walking distance of the community, or you can hit the Horseshoe Bend Parkway by car for all your shopping and dining needs alongside exciting attractions and excursions.



As you explore the wider Ozark communities, be sure to plan a visit to Bagnell Dam and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch at a nearby local restaurant located along the shoreline. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival.

• In accordance with HOA regulations, access to the community docks is restricted to Owners Only.

• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring flood light security camera, located near the front door and actively monitoring the stairs and front entrance.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
