„New. Perfect condition. Good breakfast. Great personnel. Very good price.“

„Everthing was great“

„Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer geräumig “

„Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay.“

„I stayed 3 nights. I considered it a good value. The bed was comfortable. I was tired and slept 10 hours each night! The breakfast area had a large range of selections. There were only two drawbacks: the difficulty getting my door to accept my room key and the absence of a closet, with a series of vertical pegs, one on top of the other, for hanging items. But the front desk was short on hangers. I'd suggest bringing your own..“

„Sehr einfaches Hotel. Frühstück war leider sehr klein und es wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgelegt.“

„Alles gut nur die Klimaanlage brachte wenig Leistung und lief dauerhaft. “

„I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!“

„Very nice place to stay“

„This was strictly an overnight stay as we went from point A to B. The room was clean, but very basic. Scratched paint and the bathroom door would not shut. Also of note, there was no shelf for soap or shampoo in the shower? It struck me as odd. The sink was within reach, so maybe use that? In the room there was a TV, desk, fridge and microwave. We paid just under a hundred. So, yeah… it was a place to lay your head. Staff was friendly.“

„Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. I didn’t want to stay there at all at that point because if you have roaches in one room they are in all of them. I packed my stuff up and stayed at a different hotel. I ...

„Fenêtre tres sale pour et porte et plancher de salle de bain très sale“

„Viele Restaurants um Unterkunft, coole Eismaschine“

„Our car broke down on the way to the hotel. We reached out to change the date but they never got back to us. We slept in our car on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.“

„Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.“
