Hurricane Helene left an unprecedented amount of debris, and while cleanup efforts are underway with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the lake will likely remain closed for the 2025 summer season.But while the water may be off-limits, the magic of Lake Lure is still here—breathtaking views, charming restaurants, local vineyards, scenic trails, Rumbling Bald golf courses, and the Tryon Equestrian Center just 25 minutes away. Your time in Western North Carolina will still be unforgettable, filled with new memories while supporting this resilient community. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
