Pour your favorite beverage, relax in an Adirondack chair on the front deck, and watch golfers tee off # 3 Hole, with the towering rocky face of majestic Rumbling Bald Mountain as your backdrop. This nicely-decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath, townhouse-style condo has new Berber carpet and warm earth tones decor.  The living room features a cathedral ceiling, plush brown leather sofa, two mission oak leather armchairs, a wing chair, 32-inch corner-mount flat screen TV with DVD, and bookshelf stereo with CD. The oak and wrought-iron dining table seats six.  White cabinets and counter tops provide a bright working space for meal preparation in a fully-outfitted kitchen with electric range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The laundry closet holds a stackable washer/dryer.

The downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, love seat, dresser, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower. The upstairs open loft bedroom has two queen beds, dresser, TV, small balcony, and adjacent bath with tub/shower. At the rear of the unit is a private patio, as well as a common area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking and dining.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
