The best room of the house is the windowed and screened-in porch facing the water offering a relaxing spot for watching the sunrise, playing cards, games or simply enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

A comfortable queen-size bed is in the master bedroom and a full-size bed is in the second bedroom; both have ample closet space. A large separate garage offers a sheltered place to park as well as containing the toys available such as two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), two adult bikes, and a child's bike. There is much open space presenting opportunities for blueberry picking in the late summer or fall and wildlife viewing; sandhill cranes, bald eagles, deer, turkeys, ducks and geese are regularly seen.
