I would definitely recommend this home. Before our arrival, the owner contacted me to inform us that we could check-in early if needed. When we entered the home, it was very clean and welcoming. July 4th week

This property is great!! It is exactly as advertised. I stayed here with my son and his girlfriend the week of July 4th and had a great time! The house is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. TVs in every room which is a big plus. Proximity to restaurants and beach is great. We rented a golf cart from Steve at the Sand Lot. Highly recommend him also. Cheapest rate I found. Daniel, the owner, is local and very attentive/responsive. If/when back in Surfside, I would rent this property again :)

The best Beach home

This beach home was the first beach home I have ever rented and to be honest I give it a 10 out of 10..... It had all of the amenities that you could ever ask for in a home. Mr Daniel communicated with me any time I messaged him. The beach was beautiful and my family loved it.... Thank you so much and I will definitely book with you again...

Great communication with owner/manager

House was great and communication with manager superb. He even checked in here and there to make sure everything was alright. Clean house and it had everything needed like paper towels, utensils, kpods, laundry detergent, etc.

Great house

Very nice, clean property. Had lots of extras you don’t find in most. Spices, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Has nice quality towels and plenty of them. It’s on the main road very close to the nice store. We rented a golf cart and it was very convenient to go to the store and to the beach.

Super clean and comfortable

Cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in, updated appliances and plenty of room. Large tv’s and and the Xbox were enjoyed as well. The homeowner was very responsive. If we make it to Surfside again, we will book this house.

BEST Rental Home in Surfside!!!

This is the BEST rental home in Surfside!! The home was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. We have 6 kiddos and everyone fit well and enjoyed playing the provided Xbox. We also loved playing in the spacious backyard. My husband used the grill one evening to bbq dinner. So the offered amenities were great! Daniel was a fantastic and very responsive host. We've stayed at a lot of rental homes and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and that we enjoyed our stay! We had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back next year!!!

Very Clean Home, Attentive Host

The house was as described in listing and for being a beach home, very very clean!!! Good decor and attention to detail. We made most of our meals in the home. They also had picnic tables (x2 outside) which allowed for us to enjoy the view outside. Mosquitos were crazy, but the host did warn me about this and it was less noticable on the 2nd and 3rd decks. We did have some difficulty with the main smart TV, the host did offer some troubleshooting help with this, but I thought it was easier for us to just use the tvs in the bedroom. Overall we really enjoyed our stay...would definitely recommend for families (assuming the kids are old enough to use a shower and not require a bath tub!)

The guys fishing trip

There were 7 of us ages 18 to 67. Brothers, cousins, a father and grandfather. Everybody loved the place. OMG & LOL... there were wipe on the bathroom and body lotion in the showers. The attention to detail and the decorations on the walls were not cheesy. The fishing was the reason we went but was a dismal failure. The house made up for it. We enjoyed hamburgers on night and steaks another on the grill that was provided. We also took advantage of the cornhole game that was provided.... all afternoon. My son and I were whooping up all everyone one and they wouldn't let us quit. We will be staying here again

Surfside Family Time 2021

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside. Our host made our stay, FIRST CLASS!!! From the time we booked our stay, traveling in, we had such clear directions and were made to feel appreciated that we were coming to stay at their house. The house is just hands down, top notch!!!! Beautiful and clean

You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. It was very clean when we arrived, and the decorations and colors were very welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with the pans and utensils needed to cook. It was the perfect home away from home. Lastly, the owner responded very quickly to my questions. I would definitely book here again; my friends said the same!

Lovely place to stay in Surfside

This property is very, very nice and very very clean. The entire experience was wonderful. Manager very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great time and we will be sure to use this beach house again! Only suggestion for those renting-take mosquito repellant and outdoor citronella because these pests are brutal.

Home away from home

It was a very cozy place. It felt just like home well much better with the beach minutes away. My nephews loved their bunk beds! It was really nice to sip a cup of tea on the balcony enjoying the morning breeze. Daniel was very pleasant and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

I was concerned about the property when I first saw it, I thought it was going to be cramped. The layout and space was just right for us. Each child had their own room. The amenities were just right, everything we needed was there. The owner provided a small bbq grill, we did not have the opportunity to use it. There were night lights in every room, I discovered on the last morning of my stay they could be unplugged. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries, I had answers within an hour or 2 of when I sent the message and most were within 15 minutes. My only issue or complaint is the bed was a little to firm for my liking. Overall, I rate this house and the services as 5 STARS. I will definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

Good time for only having to drive 5 hours to get the beach experience.

Took a couple days to find what was open and good as far as food establishments, but once we got a handle on some of the better places it was much better.
