A list of adults who will be staying and or using property must be provided prior to check-in. If contract is not signed, DL or ID, and list of adults has not been provided, access to the home will NOT be granted and reservation will be canceled with NO refund given.

Owners' boat and RV garage are strictly off limits and not available for guest use. RV garage is monitored by camera.
