HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Guests use hot tub at their own risk. Our hot tub technician will switch out the water during deep cleans, this will cause the hot tub to take at least 24 hours to heat up, we cannot control when this happens.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One is facing the front door and the other is facing the driveway.These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property.
Please be advised there are multiple sets of stairs in the home.
