Our modern home has been recently updated to provide the ultimate retreat for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of big city life.

With the ability to comfortably accommodate 6 people, our home features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sleeping sofa, a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer for your convenience. You`ll also have access to our backyard, complete with a burn pit for those chilly nights.

Lake Como is just minutes away, whether you prefer walking, biking, or a short drive. The lake offers a plethora of activities such as boating, waterskiing, fishing, and paddle-boarding, and you can easily access the water from the two public boat landings.

In addition to the stunning scenery, Lake Como also boasts a variety of dining, entertainment, and nightlife options. And if you`re looking to explore the surrounding area, Geneva National Resort & Club and the charming town of Lake Geneva are just a short drive away.

At Lake Como by David Rigney Real Estate Solutions, we want to ensure that you have a 5-star stay. That`s why we provide an e-lock code for easy access to the home, and are always available for any questions or concerns you may have.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with a trust to provide you with protection against accidental damages. This is included in your rental rate and fees, with up to $1,500 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage, and up to $100,000 coverage for bodily injury.

Please note that any extra adult guest fees incurred from bringing additional guests will be the responsibility of the guest. Additionally, as our house is smoke-free, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking during your stay to help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

2. People other than those in the Guest party outlined in the reservation may not stay overnight on the property.
3. The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

5. Pets are NOT allowed unless approved by the owner.
7. We ask that you treat this space as if it were your own home.
8. No loud music and no parties. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping the noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
