„There were bolts and screws in the driveway. We popped a tire and had to drive back home on the spare. The floors were not vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned. I had to clean before bringing in our luggage. The space in the house was nice and the hot tub and outdoor space was great.“

„We had a great stay here. The house was well appointed and worked perfectly for our trip. Super convenient to the Prudy Hill dock - highly desirable for us. Couch and beds were really comfortable and the TV/Roku combos made it super easy to chill out after a day on the water. Dodi was a great host, checked in several times ahead of and during our stay, and was such a pleasure. She made it so easy. I highly recommend a visit!“

„Stayed with extended family with kids age 5-17. 12 of us total. Great spot close to Jamestown safe harbor marina for boating. Kitchen has everything you need. We all loved the hot tub. Plenty of space, awesome wrap around porch. 1/4 mile trail down to the lake was cool and convenient. Check for ticks!“

„This home was a wonderful place for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, towels in the bathroom nice, and the living room had plenty of room to relax together after a busy day on the boat! We enjoyed the pickle ball court in the morning and evening. The boat slip and easy access to the slip from the house was so nice! „I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass ...

The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.“
