Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of. Bed was really comfortable. Owner checked in via text to check on us. Close to 2 restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cool place. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were in contact making sure we were enjoying our stay and kept us posted on check in/out as there isn’t a front desk.

Loved it!!!
Amazing, beautiful old hotel that is restored… incredibly clean, easy to access. I work locally as a physician on nights and I would love if they would do day rooms for when I need a place during the day. Cleanest hotel I have been to in the area by far.

Great hotel. Beautiful inside and parking was easy. Our room was great and bed was comfortable. Its an old building so expect old things (floors, doors) but it was great and safe. Will be back with the family.

A big surprise can’t wait to come again
This was an amazing surprise. One of the best stays I’ve had family. It was like a condo. No reception you got codes for the lobby in your room. Big open spaces balcony in downtown Lake City it was gorgeous inside huge big chandeliers. It was not very populated at all. It’s not like we had to hold the building to ourselves. Absolutely gorgeous you will not regret staying here and you’ll find a way to come back if you can

I was concerned about walking to a nearby pub alone in the dark . Caitlin was working in the hall and I happened to ask if it was safe. She walked me over to Frankies. It was so kind of her! I did encounter a person living on the street. On the way back I did not feel threatened but felt uncomfortable because he tried to initiate a conversation and I was alone. Caitlin went above and beyond the call of duty! I really do appreciate it. I have stayed here several times en route from Miami to the mountains and hope to continue to do so. I am do glad I found the Blanche. I have recommended to several friends.

I booked a queen size bed and was put in a a room with a full size bed. I called the Hotel staff and 2 hours later got a call back. She informed me there where no othere rooms available.

Love this place
Love this place. Bed was so comfortable. It is an old historic hotel so it does have that old smell. Room was comfy and very clean. It is in the historic area of town, places to eat within walking distance. Brewery right across the street. Nice view of a lake. It is right on the main street, traffic noise was loud but stopped in time for sleep. Check in is with phone so I never saw an employee and felt like I was the only one at the hotel, which I knew wasnt so because parking lot had other cars in it. My only complaint was the parking, I was in the lot across the street, which is close to hotel. No big deal other then if it had been raining would have gotten wet.

Blood stains on the comforter
Everything was good except that the bottom bunk of the bed had blood stains on the comforter. Very disgusting and I’m glad we found it before someone tried to sleep under it. Apparently the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of checking the bedding.

Pass on 307
Love the place so easy clean and tidy....but i wont stay in 307 again, please....understood its a smaller room (than others stayed in before) but the installation of the wrought iron roller shutter INSIDE the already cramped bathroom, meant several times i scratched myself on the sharp metal edges...not exactly what i had in mind....

Congratulations- wonderful!
Amazing! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lake City or close by. Entry to hotel and room by key pad was little unusual but EVERYTHING else was brilliant. Decor, design and comfort were better than all other hotels this trip.
