Hotels in Lake Charles Historisches Viertel, Lake Charles

„Der Lake Charles ist vom Horel aus zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.“

„Soweit hat uns in dem Hotel alles gefallen ,die Lage ist nicht so besonders .Schlecht war, keine Handtücher am Pool und kein Service am Pool“

„Could not connect to Wi-Fi in the room. Was told by front desk that it is spotty & that we could go sit in the bar area as it has the strongest signal. Breakfast service is supposed to be from 6AM - 9AM). We were packed & ready to leave, stopped for breakfast first at 6:45AM...everything was dark. Front desk said "she" was running behind. Not sure if we would stay there again.“

„Very nice check-in service, clean and spacious rooms.“

„War Super, nette Begrüßung, Frühstück ok“

„It’s definitely close to the casino with a lot of food options very close. They even offer a shuttle. Our only problem was the road noise outside our window (loud cars and racing) which the hotel had no control over.“

„Room was clean. TV did not work ask for help from the evening desk staff member. He was great, The breakfast was a different story Went down about 8am. The food was almost empty. When I ask the front desk for help with the syrup. She ok and didn't do anything. Was not busy was playing on phone. I was not happy.“

„Pool and lazy river are great!“

„Sonst alles ok. Nur warum 15$ extra im hotel wenn alles incl Steuern und Gebühren bezahlt sein soll? “

„Housekeepers are very helpful,as much as they can be because it's the owners family older people and they work from sun up to sun down. They are wonderful. I maintain my own space but I definitely appreciate th ownership is a totally different story.“

„Staff was very nice. The issue was the room. Water to the toilet was turned off. We’re not sure why. The hot water wasn’t working properly. We finally managed to get some sort of warm water. The bathtub wasn’t draining properly, and the water had a blue hue to it. Coffee wasn’t stocked with regular. They only stocked decaf. The blanket for the pull out bed in the living room area was missing.“

„Nice“
