Very Unfriendly Lady at the lobby, no help or explanation all. Parking would cost 40 dollars extra. No explanations that you can park cheaper close by

The property and staff were truly exceptional— the only negative is they really need to open up access to a pool. The pool is on the property but only accessible to rental residents— they should open pool access to hotel guests to make this venue a true destination.

Hotel is clean and staff is great. If you are going to Dickies Arena, you can't beat the location. That being said, the room is small and the building is pretty dated. You can hear neighbor pretty clear and the curtain can't cover the full window. If you are looking comfort, this is probably not for you.
