First off, check your balance before you check out. They try and charge you for things you didn’t get, such as movies, which is false, because the Direc tv service was out so we couldn’t even watch tv. They also double charge your stay if you boom through Expedia and Ponzi scheme your money by holding it for 7-10 days. & when you call they try and pay you off with a rebate. I wonder how often they do this, it’s probably how they keep the place running. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place.
