Lake Arrowhead: We have lake access, however, because Lake Arrowhead is a private lake they require specific steps to access the lake. Free access, we will just need your email address for you to sign the waiver.
Lake Gregory is nearby and open for everyone, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, etc.

Guests have full access to the entire property. A few storage rooms are locked for personal items.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>Power outages could occur when the weather is poor, please understand that the city is quick to respond and fix things like this, and to be prepared with items for you and your group. These are things that are out of our control.
>We act as quick as we can for snow removal on our property but there are times when it`s not accessible or it continues to snow, so please be prepared and act accordingly on property premises
**By booking this stay, all guests release the owner of the property from any and all liability from slippery driveway or walkway conditions

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
