Inside, the home exudes cozy alpine charm with its knotty-pine walls, vaulted ceilings, and sunlight pouring through forest-facing windows. The open-concept living area invites everyone to gather on the large sectional couch beside the stone fireplace, where evenings naturally stretch into movie nights, board games, and shared stories. A chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a welcoming breakfast nook, makes cooking feel effortless—whether you're preparing hearty breakfasts before a day on the lake or winding down with a big family dinner.

The dining room offers seating for six, and a bonus TV room with its own kitchenette provides a second hangout zone perfect for kids, teens, or group movie marathons. Throughout the home, thoughtful touches and warm wood tones create a sense of comfort that only deepens as the day goes on.

With five inviting bedrooms spread across multiple levels, The Hilltop sleeps up to 12 guests in complete comfort. Choose from a spacious king primary suite, two twin-over-king bunk rooms ideal for families, a flexible bedroom featuring both a king and a twin, or a cozy queen bedroom. Three full bathrooms—two with walk-in showers—make group travel seamless.

But the true heart of this home lies outdoors.

Step onto the expansive, string-lit deck where mornings begin with coffee and treetop views, and evenings end gathered around the outdoor sofa and firepit, wrapped in blankets under a canopy of stars. Known as "The Alps of Southern California," the beautiful Lake Arrowhead is a well-kept secret, even from California natives. The quaint, European-style Lake Arrowhead Village makes a good place to pass your days, but visitors most often spend their time delighting in the area's outdoor activities. Water skiing on the lake, fishing, and ATV riding are all popular pastimes in summer, while in winter, snow sports fanatics can get their fill of skiing on the local slopes. Whatever time of the year you visit, the temperate climate and numerous opportunities for adventure ensure a fun time for all.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

Parking Details:
- Parking includes two spots in the front driveway, one private space off the main road, and a large rear driveway that can accommodate an additional 2–3 cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
