About this space
The perfect getaway you’ve all been waiting for! No need to leave the community to have a great time. Our home features a large eat-in kitchen flushed with pinewood cabinets, designated dining room, living room with large flat screen TV, five bedrooms and three and half bathrooms, game room (In Process), and all necessities and appliances are updated and new. The entire house has new beds, bed sheets, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Two bedrooms and the Living Room have a Smart TV

•This location is near outdoor attractions, Skiing Resorts, ATV riding, Paintball, Water Parks, Hiking Trails, Horseback Riding, White Water Rafting, Shopping, Fishing, Motorized Boat Rentals, Hunting, State Park, Casino’s and much more!


NOTE: This home is fully, effectively, and thoroughly cleaned/sanitized between each stay. Also, the maximum occupancy is 13 and this includes infants and children. This is strictly adhered to by township law and community rules.

LIVING ROOM:

KITCHEN:
Open concept with industrial lighting, pine wood cabinets, island that sits (3) people, and (2) Ceiling Fans. Stainless steel appliances (Microwave, Refrigerator w/ Ice Machine, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster) All necessities such as plates, cups, pots & pans, and utensils are provided. Entry sliding door to deck.

DINING ROOM:
Open concept connected with kitchen. Has a expandable dining table that seats 12 people.

GAME ROOM: Smart TV, Cornhole, Foosball Table, Darts, and Board Games

GROUND FLOOR:
Game Room
5th Bedroom
4th Full Bathroom

BACKYARD:
Large area of land filled with trees and wildlife. We also have a large deck with outdoor furniture and gas fire pit, great for gatherings.

NOTE:
AC is only available during Summer-Fall Seasons. HEAT should only be used end of fall and winter. During WINTER always keep the heat (only in living room) on at 60 degrees so pipes don’t freeze.

TV IN LIVING ROOM:
Do not unplug anything or plug in any console devices. FREE Netflix for entertainment.

COMMON AMENITIES:
We only provide linens, comforters, pillow covers, pillows, toilet paper and hand soap. Guests are expected to bring their own towels, We DO NOT provide towels.

GARBAGE:
Must bring garbage to the community dumpster upon checkout (located across from 4507 Lakeview Drive East).

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday- 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday- 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

WIFI:
High speed and works with multiple devices to work remotely.

GRILL:
Gas propane included. Use aluminum foil and clean after each use for next guests. Also turn off propane tank after use.

WASHER & DRYER:
Only available to guests staying one week or more.

---Policies---

-NO SMOKING. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a fine of $500.

-DO NOT move any furniture from its original location.

- Events, parties, large gatherings must be pre-approved by the owners.

- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and must be present during the stay. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

- Fireworks are not permitted. WARNING $500 state fine.

- NOTE: Your safety matters! There are external security cameras facing the front of the house and backyard. These DO NOT look into any interior space.

- NOTE: All occupants/guests must be registered with the Hideout POA office at least 48 hours in advance by providing guest information to owner.

- Reservation requires short term rental agreement, which will be supplied after booking request is made. Occupants and guests are responsible for abiding by all terms of the short term rental agreement, including the Hideout's rules and regulations.

-(6) Permanent Member/Guest passes PROPERTY OF OWNER (Must be returned to basket in kitchen upon checkout).

**$25 FEE WILL APPLY FOR EACH PASS NOT RETURNED TO HOOKS**

-(3) Temporary passes provided from the main office (located at 37 Lakeview Drive). DO NOT have to be returned upon checkout. Additional passes may be purchased at main office.

- The Hideout administers and collects amenity fees, which can be viewed on the Hideout Association website. Owner supplies 12 pool stickers for the 12 guest badges.

There is plenty to do in the Hideout, but if you would like to explore, there is year-round fun available at Kalahari and Camelback Indoor and Outdoor Water Parks and Mount Airy Casino. There are a number of ski lodges in the area, and if you drive about an hour there is fantastic discount shopping at The Crossing Outlets. For a day trip: head to New York City (2 hours drive) or Philadelphia (2.5 hours).

This 5 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Hot Tub, Kitchen, Air Conditioner, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

We have rented in the Hideout the last 3 years and were looking for a bigger space this year, this house was perfect! The house was very clean and very spacious for our 3 families to stay in. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted them about an issue with the icy driveway and was very accommodating allowing us to check in when we arrived early. The icy driveway was out of the owners control and they did attempt to get it taken care of but there was no salt available in any towns for them to purchase. The house was perfect for us to relax and cozy up in after a day of skiing and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home that fit our whole family of 12 comfortably. We had a few issues at check in, but they were quickly taken care if by the property manager. The only issue we had was that the basement area is not air conditioned so it was quite warm especially at night even though the owner stated it is very cool down there.quitwarm

Whole family (12) had an excellent time!! Property and location was perfect for our family getaway. Checkin process was a bit disorganized - no communication with property manager until she was called directly at her "other" job. But overall very happy.

My family stayed at this house for a long weekend and it was perfect. The property Manager Candace was amazing and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place!
