„Hotel is clean and orderly“

„Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.“

„The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. „Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. „Zustand gut, Personal freundlich und flexibel“

„The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.“
