„Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Resort, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. “

„The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. Even if you ask them to clean the room, they’ll fix the bed sheets and replace towels but they don’t clean the bathroom or anything. „Room were clean and staff was helpful“

„Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.“

„Zustand gut, Personal freundlich und flexibel“

„Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.“

„Family-friendly area and very secured.“

It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. „The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it.“

„They did not clean daily no fresh towels room service was excellent bathroom sink drain leaked Hidden charges cash only it’s not paid with Expedia“

„The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.“
