Staff was amazing. The first week was nice the second week the hall is on the 6th floor so they had conferences 3 days in a row and very noisy we complain and after the second day they moved us. Second room had ants the fumigated the next night I had ants crawling all over me. Right after we complained we was moved back up to the 6 th floor. Again the staff was great.

Wifi not working. Breakfast are included only for one person but in room are two. I stayed 2 days but in second day not bringing anything from soup and shampoo. But area are fine. Parking car are safe.. Thank you

The outside looks great but the rooms themselves are outdated and old. The restaurant is pretty good and they actually have ICE that they will pass out with you having to order anything, which is amazing to say the least.

This hotel is one of the best you can find in ikeja , the staff are friendly and the breakfast is the good ,I have been staying in this hotel for almost 5 years and I have never been disappointed.

Location and prices are fair but the facilities needs updates. The rooms are being refurbished but the toilets aren't at this time. The elevator keeps breaking down and we had to use the staircase. Front office staff are polite, pleasant and friendly.

I was checked into a room with no toiletries and towels. And I had to go searching for it by myself after waiting for almost an hour with none brought despite being told they were bringing it. I checked myself out without making use of my booking. It was that terrible a situation.

The hotel is ok for the money paid but my room door lock looked like it was just broken in to (room 310). I had to call for towels because there were none in the bathroom. I requested for 2 but the porter brought 1 and told me it’s only 1 available for now in the hotel.

7 night at this hotel was worth it. The staff were nice and professional, the food was very good, the air condition ( which matters most to me ) was very cold. I felt safe . Other the other hand they need to make the tv clearer and fix the wifi on 3 Rd floor like it is very strong on the ground floor. Everything else was awesome.

First time Stay CHH
Stay was brief. We had to request to be relocated into another room as the room we checked in initially was unclean, roaches were everywhere. The manager was quite responsive to our concern.

The hotel is strategically located at the heart of Ikeja close to Sheraton hotel. Guest service was excellent. Prompt attention to guest need. Front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The gym need an upgrade. Other than that it was a great experience.

The front entry and lobby were nice, Everything else was horrid. Room wasn’t cleaned, could not look up Expedia orders, placed us in a dirty bug filled room with hair in the bed tucked behind the receptionist desk. Air conditioner rattled the wall and bed when it turned on, hot water was iffy at best, and the staff was absolutely the worst. I’ve been to manny countries and hundreds of hotels, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
