„Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.“

„The unit has a unique layout. Enter the kitchen then to the bedroom. Unit is advertised - washer/dryer/TV/etc. I was pleased with the access and security. Decent neighborhood near Oshner Babtist Hospital and a short walk(5 blocks) to a grocery store - Rouse's on Freret. Management are very responsive and helpful if needed. I had an issue with the entrance code midway through my stay and they responded within less than an hour. Turned out I had pressed the wrong button - oops. Coffee is a Keurig.“

„My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location.“

„A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. „Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. „The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature….
