„The hotel staff and receptionists were very kind and helpful. The room and hotel areas are very nice and comfortable. I was surprised by the good quality of this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. After my turbulent trip arriving earlier morning in Sucre I was really thankful for the kindness and support to be able check-in in the morning and to get rest immediately. „The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace. Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water...
