Guest will abide by all city ordinances and will sign a rental agreement with property management company prior to entry to the property.

Guest will not make (or allow to be made) any noise or nuisance that disturbs the comfort or convenience of the neighbors. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the city has strict noise restrictions for which they issue fines. The city has a curfew and does not allow anyone in the backyard after 10:00 PM and does not permit the use of any amplified sound outside the house or at a volume audible outside the house at any time. This property is equipped with noise monitoring software per city requirements.
