LIVING:
Professionally designed and appointed to create resort style living with an open floor plan set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75"' Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
The floor to ceiling stackable sliding glass doors open up to a create an indoor/outdoor experience. The California room is a private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated Pool/Hot Tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ and cornhole.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide basic spices in salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash along with hair dryers in both bathrooms. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Nice development and location

House was exactly as shown in pictures. Excellent location. Some issues for us but might not bother others: terribly uncomfortable mattress in master bedroom. Cheap linens. Scarcity of bath towels. Golf cart broke down and had to have motor replaced, we didn’t have use for 3 days. Positives: location, pool/hot tub, outdoor area in general was great. Living room set up was great for movies, sports viewing.

Awesome house / location for La Quinta Golf

House was great, everything worked. If you are golfing at PGA West this is the best location I've found. The house is 500 feet from the front gate so you don't waste time driving through the community. Nicklaus and Dunes were 2 minutes away! Silver Creek was 12 minutes, Mountain West 12 minutes. Outdoor Misting made the heat ok when getting a tan outside. Everything was great- highly recommend - Pool doesnt' have a golf course view but provides great privacy!

Great Property

This is a very nice property. What can I say about it that hasn't already been said in previous reviews? The property was clean and ready to go. We got in very late and were welcomed to a home that was lit up and inviting. Michael, the property manager was awesome. He was very fast when responding to questions or concerns that we had. Michael... Thank you for everything. The only thing I really want to add is... this house reads as it is a 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house (and it is). However, one of the bedroom/bathroom combinations is actually a casita. There is no access to it from inside the primary dwelling. You have to leave the house and enter the casita via a sliding glass door. Not a big issue, but if you are a family with children, its something to keep in mind. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

Best Place Ever

What a treat!! Exactly as the photos show. All the rooms are really nice with amazing beds and sheets. The pool/spa combo is the best. Super clean and cool decor. Everything you need. The location is perfect if you golf and go to stagecoach like my wife and I did. Walked to the golf course everyday. 5min drive to the grocery store. Everything was AMAZING. My wife and I are planning to rent the house again for a week in December.

Beautiful Property

This home is exactly as the photo’s show. It is extremely clean and well cared for. All three bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, with shower. The beds are very comfortable. This bright and open home is perfectly planned for entertaining with floor to ceiling patio doors that open to the outside space, eating area , barbeque and pool. The entire house has good storage and is very well stocked with all the necessities and more. There are tv’s in all the bedrooms, living room and outside. Being close to the international horse park was important to us, and that is a quick drive away. There are many good restaurants close by and one within a few minute’s walk. The hosts are very responsive and quick to reply. I can’t think of one negative. It was perfect for us.

Midwesterners escaping the winter.

The four of us had a great stay! Everything was spotless and our host was well prepared for us. The lights were on to welcome us when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was bright, cheery and well appointed. The courtyard was our own private oasis. We were out touring and playing golf most days and enjoyed coming home to a peaceful spot. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails around the pool in the evening. Watching the Super Bowl from the pool was fun! A few minor things, we turned the oven on, and the smoke detectors went off. No big deal we planned on grilling steaks outside and instead of baked potatoes we had mashed. I was worried we would forget to turn the pool off at night and would be charged for heating beyond normal hours. The instructions were well done regarding all aspects of the house and the host was very responsive. I wish the use of the golf cart; bikes were included in the rental price. This is a must! the neighborhood is gated and in a great community and a beautiful home! Worth the price!

BEST LOCATION & BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This property was safe and secure and spacious and brand new and staged perfectly. It felt very luxurious. It is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with quality dishes, pots & pans, silverware, appliances, and Keurig. Plenty of paper products for kitchen/bath, soaps and dispensers at sinks and showers. AND any and all communication to VRBO or property manager had an EXCELLENT response time of less than 15 minutes. The golf cart is essential to view the entire property and see the magnificent mountain/golf course views. A Must See! We will be staying with you again soon! Thank You SO Much for your EXCELLENT Hospitality.
